User Interaction Designer May 2014–Present
I am currently in a Hybrid role of Production Designer and Front End Developer. I am responsible for Creatives, Front End Development, User Experience Design, process and documentation creation. In addition I serve as a subject matter expert for my client’s specific needs. My tasks include: intake of creatives from external sources to use within our proprietary portal, processing and programming interactions for these creatives and ensuring compatibility with distribution vendors. Also, as a subject matter expert I am a key player in creating our processes, communicating with our clients, and various internal and external teams. I have created process and workflows within Jira, documentation of processes in Confluence, and created SQL scripts for auditing creative and workflow data. Creative intake utilizes most aspects of the Adobe Design Suite, Velocity Scripting, and a keen knowledge of my clients needs. Generally, creatives are based in InDesign but I have also created reusable Email marketing Templates with HTML and CSS.

Technical Assistant July 2006–June 2014
At the Center for Instructional Technology Expertise (CITE Lab) I worked with faculty, staff, and students who used the college Learning Management System and also supported various programs such as Camtasia, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and InDesign. I had been a core member for migration processes between multiple Learning Management Systems. An unofficial duty was a designer of publications for the CITE Lab. These publications included: postcards, flyers, signs, and newsletters. My skills were also accessed to develop HTML/Web site projects for the department and various professors.
